1. General Policy

Due to the nature of skincare products, we follow a strict no-return policy except in specific cases.

2. Eligible Cases

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • Product is damaged
  • Product is defective
  • Wrong product delivered

3. Reporting an Issue

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Photos or videos of the product
  • Description of the issue

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method

5. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Used products
  • Allergic reactions
  • Change of mind

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
