Refund and Returns Policy

At Yuvita Naturals, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in ensuring that every product is carefully packed and delivered in excellent condition. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
Returns
Due to the nature of personal care, skincare, and wellness products, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. Returns may only be accepted in the following cases:
  • Product received is damaged during transit.
  • Wrong product was delivered.
  • Product received is defective or leaked upon delivery.
  • Item is missing from the order.
To request a return, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:
  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue
Requests received after the specified period may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Replacement Policy
If your return request is approved, we may offer a replacement for:
  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrectly delivered products
Replaced product will be delivered with in 5-7 days
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
  • The ordered product is unavailable.
  • A replacement cannot be provided.
  • The order is cancelled before shipment.
  • The return request is approved and replacement is not feasible.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund Processing Time
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
  • Delay in delivery caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Requests made after the return eligibility period.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within the standard refund timeline.
Damaged Package on Delivery
If the outer packaging appears significantly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend:
  • Taking photographs before opening the package.
  • Contacting our customer support team immediately.
  • Retaining the original packaging for verification purposes.
