  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons, sales events, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Locations
We currently deliver across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on the serviceability of your location by our logistics partners.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location:
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, or unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or order values from time to time.
  • Any applicable shipping fee is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, SMS, or WhatsApp notification containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. If the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or failure to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned orders.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of placing an order. Yuvita Naturals shall not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.

Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing from your order:
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
  • Share your order number along with clear photos of the package and products received.
  • Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, certain circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

International Shipping
Currently, Yuvita Naturals ships only within India. International shipping services may be introduced in the future.
